Responsive UI, SEO, PWA, dashboards
What is it built with, how long will it take, how many revisions, and what will it cost?
This page answers client questions in plain language while exposing architecture, security, delivery, and handover standards for IT teams.
APIs, automation, AI, integrations
Relational data, auth, storage, RLS
CI/CD, domains, SSL, monitoring
Not every project uses every technology.
The stack is selected according to product type, traffic, integrations, security, internal team capability, operating cost, and growth plan.
Next.js / React + Vercel
Suitable when the priorities are speed, responsive design, SEO, maintainability, and efficient initial infrastructure. A CMS or Supabase is added when content and data need management.
React + Node.js/Python + PostgreSQL
Suitable for login, roles, dashboards, workflows, invoices, documents, reports, APIs, integrations, or AI. Deployment can use Vercel, Supabase, Docker/VPS, or a cloud combination.
Modern, valid, and handover-ready.
We avoid hidden dependencies. Dependencies are recorded, secrets are separated from source code, and deployment environments are documented.
Interface & Experience
For fast websites, complex dashboards, and responsive applications.
Business Logic
For APIs, workflows, integrations, automation, queues, and AI services.
Data & Access
For relational data, roles, audits, transactions, reporting, and semantic search.
Infrastructure
For hosting, CDN, SSL, CI/CD, edge, servers, and storage.
Agentic Workflows
Models are selected per use case and constrained by tools, policies, roles, and approvals.
App Delivery
Native-like or WebView/PWA delivery is selected according to features, budget, and store requirements.
Clear separation between UI, logic, data, and infrastructure.
Modular architecture improves scaling, testing, provider changes, audits, and continuation by another team.
Web / Mobile UI
React, Next.js, React Native, PWA, accessibility, responsive states.
API & Business Rules
Node.js or Python services, validation, permissions, workflows, integrations.
PostgreSQL & Cloud
Database, storage, jobs, logs, backups, CDN, SSL, monitoring, CI/CD.
Security is enforced in the backend—not only in prompts or interfaces.
Controls are selected according to risk. Financial systems, personal data, and approval workflows receive stronger safeguards.
| Area | Minimum Standard | Evidence / Handover |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication | Secure sessions, password hashing, optional MFA, role-based access | Role matrix and access test |
| Data | Validation, parameterized queries/ORM, least privilege, backups | Schema, migrations, backup plan |
| API | Authorization, rate limiting, input validation, safe error handling | API notes / OpenAPI where applicable |
| AI | Tool allowlist, read/write separation, approval, audit log, fallback | Tool contract and policy matrix |
| Quality | Linting, type checks, functional QA, responsive QA, UAT | Issue log and acceptance record |
| Deployment | Environment separation, secrets management, SSL, logging, rollback | Deployment runbook and env template |
Packages aligned with the 2026 company profile.
Final pricing follows discovery. Domain, VPS/cloud, paid APIs, payment gateways, third-party licenses, complex data migration, and out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.

Revision definition: website packages include three consolidated feedback rounds. Custom systems and applications use milestone-based revisions. New features or process changes after sign-off become a change request. Defects against agreed acceptance criteria are handled under the agreed bug warranty.
Calculate an initial range in 30 seconds.
This estimator is for screening only. Discovery is still required before a final proposal.
7–14 days
Excludes third-party fees, heavy data migration, certification, external audits, or scope changes.
The product should not become a black box.
Ownership, accounts, and handover documents are stated in the project proposal and agreement.
| Item | Client Receives | Notes |

| Source Code | Repository or release package after final payment | Except third-party licensed components |
| Environment | .env.example, variable list, deployment requirements | Live secrets transferred through a secure channel |
| Database | Schema, migrations, ERD/notes, backup procedure | Production data remains subject to privacy policy |
| API & Integration | Endpoint notes, webhook contracts, third-party dependencies | OpenAPI documentation when included in scope |
| Operations | Admin guide, deployment runbook, monitoring and rollback notes | PIC training according to package |

Questions commonly asked by clients and IT teams.
Is every website built with React?
No. React/Next.js is selected when it provides real value. Simpler websites may use a lighter architecture to keep cost and maintenance efficient.
Is Supabase mandatory?
No. Supabase is strong for PostgreSQL, auth, storage, and realtime, but projects may use PostgreSQL on a VPS, another managed database, or client infrastructure.
Why is pricing shown as a range?
Pricing depends on roles, modules, integrations, migration, security, approvals, data volume, and requirement quality. Discovery narrows the range into a fixed proposal.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is feedback on an in-scope deliverable. New features, process changes, or extra integrations are change requests. Bugs are not revisions.
Can you continue a project built by another developer?
Yes, after a codebase audit. We review architecture, dependencies, security, data, deployment, documentation, and technical debt before estimating.
Can the client IT team review the work?
Yes. The IT team can review ERD, APIs, role matrices, architecture decisions, repository, deployment, and UAT according to scope and access agreements.
Send the requirement. We will map the stack, scope, timeline, risks, and budget.
For complex projects, discovery can be a paid standalone phase so technical decisions and estimates are not based on assumptions.
